Coastguard AI helps mariners prepare USCG captain's license paperwork. We are not a law firm, the United States Coast Guard, or any government agency, and we do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for your final submission to the USCG.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Don't misuse the service, submit fraudulent applications, or attempt to access accounts that aren't yours.
School subscriptions are billed monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
