Pricing FAQ
- Is there a per-student fee?
- No. $299/month covers your entire school, no matter how many mariners you run through the system in a given month.
- Is there a contract?
- No long-term contract. School subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel any time from your admin settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Do mariners ever pay?
- Not when they apply through a school on the EasyMMC plan. The school's flat fee covers unlimited mariners.
- What's the setup process?
- Onboarding is included. We migrate any existing templates, configure your school in our admin console, invite your staff, and walk you through the review queue. Most schools are live within a week.
- How is my mariners' data handled?
- Application data is encrypted at rest, isolated per-school by row-level security, and only visible to the mariner and your reviewing staff. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
- What happens if the USCG releases a new form?
- We keep the CG-719 packet current. When the USCG releases a new revision or required form, it's added to your account automatically — no upgrade fee.
