We turn a stack of CG-719 forms into a few simple questions.
EasyMMC was built to fix one specific problem: the USCG captain's license application is long, redundant, and easy to get wrong — and a single error sends a mariner back to the start. We rebuilt it as a guided wizard, with the school in the loop.
Mariners first
Every flow is designed around the person filling it out, not the agency receiving it. Plain English, no legalese, finishable on a phone.
Boring on security
Row-level isolation per school, encryption at rest, daily backups, and PITR. We collect the minimum data necessary to produce a packet.
Built with schools
We work directly with captain's license schools to keep the wizard, the review queue, and the generated PDFs accurate as USCG forms change.
Quietly maintained
Hosting, monitoring, backups, and new CG-719 revisions ship to every school at no extra cost. You shouldn't have to think about it.
